What will I be doing?
• Supporting our Mandarin speaking customers with billingqueries and or technical issues when they call our contact centre
• Working with multiple systems to troubleshoot technicalissues
• Document service calls and transactions using ourticketing and billing tools
• Work in a fast paced environment with the ability to adaptto changes
• Building rapport with technical and non-technicalcustomers
What we are looking for?
