We have offices in London, Shanghai and Beijing and are affiliated with UK Trade & Investment through Sirius Program. Our founders are all experts in M&A or technology and as such, we can draw on their many combined years of expertise to offer a market-leading deal-sourcing platform.

DG Capital offers offline M&A deal advisory and brokerage services to our users. 

• Originate sell side opportunities from PE/Advisors

• Originate sell side / investment opportunities from entrepreneurs

• Execute cross border M&A transactions

• Drafting/modelling responsibility for client presentations / pitch books/financial reports/plans

• Co-ordinate client meetings / visits

• Co-ordinate other advisers (e.g. lawyers, due diligence providers etc)

• Strategic advice and assistance with deal planning

• 2-3 years minimum in PE, IBD, Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Management Consulting or Accounting (those from the Big 4 will have an added advantage)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Management/Technology is ideal. Master's degree/MBA is a plus

• Prior working experience in M&A (particularly within the Consumer & retail, Healthcare and Technology space)

• A proven track record in strong presentation skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

• Strong research and strategic analysis skills

• Strong financial modelling skills

• Strong work ethic with the motivation to be a top performer; high energy level and ability to work independently

• Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Exposure to Capital IQ, Mergermarket and Bloomberg beneficial
