Job Description
1. Conduct a comprehensive research on local HR policies and regulations of London and generate 9 seperate research reports for the following 9 HR functions:
- Recruiting / Training & Development / Performance Management / Salary / Compensation & Benefits / Reward / Insurance / Tax / Employee Relation
2. Each report will be assigned 30 working hours (within 2 weeks) to complete. Progress should be reported by the first week and report should be handed in by the second week via email
3. All reports should be completed in English and explicitly citing all references
4. All reports should be significantly supported with data from annual reports, graphs, charts, laws, regulations and cases
5. All reports should have smooth expressions, professional vocabulary, clear logic, distinct structures and explicit key points
6. All reports are subject to adjustments and modifications according to requirements
Requirements
1. Chinese student, Chinese bank account required (payment will be made in RMB), and Mandarin-speaking required
2. Current Master's degree candidates studying in London
3. Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Accounting, Law, and Business Administration related majors and experience required
4. Reward for the project will be calculated hourly (10-20 GBP/hour)
