About The Firm
Convoy Education is an educational consulting company with British Council certified Advance Consultant in London. We are specialising in assisting overseas students from all year groups to study in the UK's top independent schools and universities. We also arrange dedicated guardianship and host families for young students whose parents live overseas. In addition, we organise summer camps for 3-17 year old students to enrich their studies and life experience in the UK.
Job Purpose
The main purpose of this job is to assist the manager and consultant’s day-to-day high intensity works and to push forward the different projects.
Key Tasks / responsibilities
- Assisting student applications
- Assisting with the amendment and interpretation for student documents
- Assisting with the student training of the entry assessment and interview
- Assisting student visa, accommodation and airport pick-up
- Assisting with guardianship and host family arrangement
- Assisting with the daily administrative works in the office
- Assisting with other projects
Requirements
- Legal working permit in the UK
- Language skills: First language in English; Chinese mandarin or Cantonese are preferred, but not essential
- Patient, Reliable, Determined, Caring and Attention to detail
- Strong team working and IT skills
- Social media experience with/knowledge of a wide variety of social media platforms
- Previous Experience: Education, Consulting, Student Services, Schools, Guardianship, Child Caring, Customer Service would be beneficial
- Driving License & DBS / CRB Certificate are preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Salary is based on the market rate and is subject to the personal experience
- Commission and bonus are subject to the work performance
