常用的副词+形容词的组合

Bitterly + cold, disappointed, divided, hostile（不友好的）, humiliated（羞辱的）, hurt. opposed,  upset

★ bitterly 这个副词在形容天气的语境下经常出现，表示extremely and unpleasantly cold/极其寒冷的。但是我们还可以在描述一些负面的情感感受时用这个副词，比如描述愤怒或者不喜欢的感情时。举个例子：

We are bitterly upset at what has happened. 

对于刚刚发生的我们非常难过。
