‪‪Supporting and delivering business objectives by planning, directing and co-ordinating the operations of the business. Develop and maintain systems and compliant procedures for operating efficiency which are consistent with management objectives.

On a day to day basis the prospective applicant would be involved in the review of contracts, proposals for wording of such documents including writing initial drafts that may or may not be reviewed by external counsel at the advice of the applicant. The person will also brief and manage external accountants and lawyers and HR where more experience in particular subjects is required.

-   Management of suppliers including management and negotiation of terms on accounts

-   Reviewing contracts for partnerships, HR, suppliers and competition

-   Management of financial administration including reporting and liaising with accounting colleagues

-   Maintaining contracts with staff including modifying where required

-   Maintaining compliance aspects such as companies house, filing annual returns and any significant changes

-   Managing the companies bank relationship

-   Administration tasks such as payroll, purchasing process, employee handbooks and policies

The preferred applicant will have a Law or Business Management degree and 3 years experience. Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
