The Role
As Marketing Manager for our London office, you will be responsible to drive the daily marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for US & EMEA to build brand awareness within the industry and across target audiences, developing a consistent stream of quality content which will support and deliver against the US & EMEA strategic priorities. You will also work with the global marketing team to implement technologies and approaches that translate to the US & EMEA market, leveraging expertise and knowledge to further the scope and efficiency of the marketing department.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, develop and communicate the regional marketing strategy based on US & EMEA business priorities
- Work with the global marketing team to define and communicate brand and product value propositions that are tailored to regional market audiences
- Develop and execute regional PR strategy and plan, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with media and editors to gain coverage of press releases and other content to effectively communicate Appcoach’s brand, core concept and products
- Take ownership and leadership on maintaining all online and offline platforms to build Appcoach’s brand presence across US & EMEA, from social media management to developing website content, mobile and email communications, to brochures and flyers for tradeshows
- Deliver a consistent stream of quality content & marketing campaigns, on time and within budget, to drive awareness, increase inbound leads and support the sales team
- Create and manage a data strategy and data acquisition plan to support targeted product marketing plans
- Coordinate Appcoach’s presence at industry events, attending where possible to provide on-site support and leverage networking opportunities with wider industry professionals
- Research relevant topics from internal and external sources, monitor competitor activity and stay ahead of the game with timely marketing messages.
- Monitor & maintain the US & EMEA marketing budget, managing resources to invest in the channels with the biggest ROI
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years’ marketing experience with a minimum 2 years’ within the mobile / adtech marketing space
- Experienced in helping come up with clear marketing strategies and implementing multi-channel campaigns to a B2B audience
- Impeccable writing skills, experienced in delivering compelling content across many formats (blogs, social media, email, PR, flyers, etc.)
- Strong networking and influencing skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business and wider industry
- Customer-centric mindset, commercially savvy, able to translate customer issues / needs into profitable business solutions
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and experience handling a budget
- Proactive, able to work to their own initiative and meet tight, potentially competing deadlines
- Ready to roll their sleeves up and hit the ground running as part of a small team, start-up experience a huge plus
- University degree in marketing or relevant professional qualifications
