Responsibilities And Duties
- Liaise with the company’s director to determine the sales and marketing strategies to provide individual and corporate clients with a one stop service for their transportation needs
- Expand Chinese clients base by identifying new prospects and third parties in the UK
- Attend industry networking events and manage social media account in the UK to promote the brand and the company’s services
- Monitor sales leads and ensure all opportunities remain accurately reported
- Prepare regular reports on the prospective transactions and existing clients, monitor the sales and marketing costs
- Proactively contribute to delivering best in class customer service monitor level of clients’ satisfaction
- Analyse clients’ feedback with a view of streamlining and improving the service provided
- Develop relationship with key agency contacts to drive business and build strong referral schemes
- Responsible for developing and maintain service and product knowledge
Additional Experience/Knowledge Required Includes
- Track record of building successful mutual business relationship with individuals and corporate clients
- Established contacts with third parties
- Sales and marketing experience required in the UK and China
- Excellent presentational skills, able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
- Chinese and English culture awareness is required
