We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Cantonese and Mandarin Speaking Mortgage & Protection Manager (Live Connect Video).

• Provide a range of services to HSBC customers through video connectivity, supporting key life events, such as buying a new home and protecting their family for every eventuality, providing confidence and reassurance.

• Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs for Mortgage, Life Protection and General Insurance products, and providing the right solution to meet those needs.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every need of the customer can be met within the wider Mortgage and Protection team.

• Proactively develop and strengthen customer relationships with strong communication to ensure that we have sufficiently supported their needs at every stage.

• Treat Customers Fairly at the heart of all that you do.

• You must hold a full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• You must be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin

• CII RO1 (Financial Services, Regulations and Ethics) module is desirable; however, this is not essential for the role.

• Be able to undertake and complete the CII RO5 (Financial Protection) module within the first 12 months in the role.
