快乐的暑假生活即将结束，我们将迎来新的学年。很高兴通知您合肥加拿大国际学校将于2017年8月21日开学，特邀请您来校报到：

●新生报到时间：

2017年8月18日9:30 am.~ 3:00 pm.

●返校生报到时间：

2017年8月19日9:30 am.~ 3:00 pm.

（上午10:30会在国际报告厅举行小型开学仪式，欢迎返校生前来参加）

① 请家长携带缴费凭证(发票、收据或复印件)；

② 新生需提交学生及父母护照及有效中国签证复印件、体检报告单、意外医疗保险单（以上资料如已提交请忽略）、3张一寸照片；

③ 返校生需提交学生及父母护照及有效中国签证复印件（以上资料如已提交请忽略）、3张一寸照片。

请注意：

* 所有学生必须经报到后方可进班；

* 报到当天只核对学费缴纳情况、不接受交费，请还未交齐费用的家长务必于8月16日之前完成交费，以免影响孩子入学；

* 报到当天信息核对完成后，孩子将会领取到入学表单一张，请于8月21日入班时携带并向班主任出示此表单后进入班级。

Dear Parents,

2017-2018 school year is coming, we are excited to inform you that our first day of class will start on Monday, Aug. 21st, 2017 !

We kindly invite you to attend our Orientation Day. 

The orientation day for new students takes place on Aug. 18th, and our returning students start on is Aug. 19th. And the time is from 9:30am to 3pm.

For new students, please bring the payment invoice, student’s passport and visa copy, parent’s passport and visa copy, medical examination report, proof of medical insurance, 3x   1-inch photographs.

For returning students, please bring the payment invoice, student’s passport and visa copy, parent’s passport and visa copy. We will have a short opening ceremony at 10:30 AM., Aug. 19th. and welcome all the returning students. 

If you have already submitted all the necessary documents, please ignore the message.

Please notice the tuition fees must be paid before Aug. 16th , since we will not process any payment during the orientation day. 

To ensure the successful admission, please provide all the information above. Thank you for your cooperation.
