We are a leading Migration firm located in Perth's CBD,offering our clients professional Immigration Advice and Visa Assistance.

About the Role

We are seeking to hire a full-time Education Consultant /Visa Processor to assist clients with student enquiries, admissions and visaapplication preparation under the instruction and supervision of our MigrationConsultants.

The role will require the successful applicant to performthe following duties and tasks on an ongoing basis:

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of theStudent and Education Team. In thisrole, you will attract international students, help the Education Agent toarrange student placements and assist the migration agent with preparation ofstudent visas.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Develop and implement marketing strategies whichattract international students.
Connect with, and inspire prospective studentsto select Australia as a study destination.
Liaise with Education Institutions and promotetheir offerings to international prospects.
Provide information to international studentswhich will inform their decision making about courses and institutions.
Prepare documents for student enrolments andmaintain student files.
Assist in the preparation of visas under thesupervision of the Registered Migration Agent.

To be successful the applicant will need to demonstrate thefollowing skills and attributes:

Be able to communicate clearly and effectively(both orally and in writing);
Be able to prioritise tasks and multi-taskefficiently and effectively;
Be able to work to high standards in a fastpaced environment;
Have strong interpersonal and problem solvingskills;
Be able to work individually with minimalsupervision and as a part of a team;
Be computer literate and have a workingknowledge of Microsoft Office;
Be punctual, honest and trustworthy;
Present professionally and provide excellentcustomer service;
Be able to communicate fluently in both Mandarinand English.
Ideally, you'll know about Australia's educationsystem and you'll have a basic understanding of Australia's migration system.
