1月14号下午，来自美国、德国、加拿大、法国、英国等17个国家，服务安徽各领域经济建设的高层次外籍人才及其家属近百人，欢聚在我校，参加由安徽省外专局、合肥市人力资源和社会保障局主办，合肥加拿大国际学校承办的“2018年外籍专家贺新春联谊会”，畅叙友谊，展望未来。

On the afternoon of January 14th, Nearly 100 high-level foreign experts serving in the various fields coming from 17 countries such as the States, Germany, Canada, France, Britain, etc, attended the Spring Festival Party for Foreign Experts . This party which was hosted by Anhui Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and Hefei Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, undertaken by Canadian International School of Hefei gives us an opportunity to get together to enjoy friendship and look forward to the future.

省市领导和外籍专家一行人首先参观了我校，体验了我校独特的校园文化。各级领导对我校近两年的发展表示充分肯定，各外籍专家也对我校产生浓厚兴趣，边参观边询问。

First, the leaders and the experts visited our school and experienced our unique campus culture. The leaders highly affirmed the development of our school in the past two years. Many foreign experts also have a strong interest in our school.

新春联谊会在我校二楼图书馆进行。安徽省外专局局长潘亚群、合肥市委组织部副部长、市人力资源和社会保障局局长吴松保分别向全体外籍专家及家属送上新春祝福，对外籍专家为安徽省的各项建设事业所做的贡献表示感谢，并希望他们继续发挥专长，以不同方式参与安徽各项事业发展建设。同时潘局长也向外籍专家们做出了“进一步扩大人才签证发放范围、进一步提高人才签证申办效率、进一步提升服务质量和水平”的承诺。

The Spring Festival Party for Foreign Experts was held in the library . Pan Yaqun, Director of Anhui Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs and Wu Songbao, Director of Hefei Municipal Bureau of Human Resources & Social Security sent Chinese New year greetings to all foreign experts and their families and thanked them for their contributions for Anhui. He also hoped that they would continue to develop their expertise and participate in the development of various undertakings in Anhui. At the same time, Director Pan also made a commitment to all foreign experts that they will further expand the scope of talent visa issuance, further improve the effectiveness of talent visa application and further improve the quality of the service.

联谊会的节目精彩纷呈，既有徽风皖韵的传统曲艺、古筝演奏，又有异国情调的恰恰舞、芭蕾舞、大提琴演奏，我校师生与其他各外籍专家单位一起，为来宾们献上了一场异彩纷呈的国际文化盛宴。

Both the traditional folk art of Anhui rhyme, the Chinese zither performance and the exotic cha-cha dance, ballet, cello performance made the party colourful. A splendid international cultural feast was presented to the guests which was performed by teachers and students in our school together with other foreign experts .

联欢会以一首友谊地久天长作为结束曲目，中外嘉宾伴着音乐翩翩起舞，这也象征着中外友人一家亲。最后，在来宾们的彼此祝福声中，活动圆满的落下了帷幕。

The party ended with a song named Auld Lang Syne, while Chinese and foreign guests danced to the music, which also symbolized the friendship between Chinese and foreign friends. Finally, with the sound of the guests' blessing to each other, The party ended satisfactorily.
