• Proficient with all aspects of  payroll

• Accounts payable duties

• All aspects of reporting including:

• Superannuation, Payroll Tax, BAS, FBT, and IAS

• Assist in the planning, preparation of budgets & forecasts where necessary

• Preparation of financial information for submission to external account

• Prepare various financial information for internal use

• Assist in the resolution of any debtor issues

• Assist with account coding & approval of general supplier invoices

• Assist GM with refining and implementing effective financial practices

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or similar)

• A CPA member or similar or to have register to complete such program

• 3- 5  years Minimum experience in like type role

• Experience in Hospitality  industry preferred with exposure to POS

• Proficient in MYOB

• Demonstrable ability and experience in handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately  in a timely fashion

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organization skills

• Self-starter/ highly motivated, and care to details

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
