几天前，又一则滴滴风波爆出，浙江省温州乐清20岁女孩赵某某惨遭滴滴顺风车司机杀害，让人痛心不已。这个姑娘可能离我们的生活很远，但是对于她父母来说就几乎是全部意义，父母把一个孩子养到20岁真的很不容易，终于刚刚接触社会准备跃跃欲试，在人生最好的年纪却要遭到这般残害，未来就这么没了。

一个估值500亿的公司的安全隐患竟然这么没有保障，滴滴打车怕是要把乘客都送到西天？这种事情很多时候可以提前预防，这场悲剧也是本来可以避免，就算事发当时，如果滴滴客服能给力一些也不会闹到这个下场，但是姑娘在跟滴滴客服沟通的时候

她的朋友甚至向警方指控的时候

等到的却是「标准淘宝客服体」：

“一线客服没有权限”

姑娘遇害的前一天

已经有乘客举报了这个滴滴司机

(a woman had already reported the driver to Didi)，

司机又是拐到了偏僻的山路上

(drive her to a sparsely populated site)，

所幸她威胁司机再不停车就跳车了(escaped)，滴滴客服的回应是她两小时后回访她，但是再也没有等到消息

(Didi just told her that someone would call her in two hours, but the call never came)。

如果上一个乘客的投诉可以被看见，姑娘现在依然谈笑风生

不管是受害的姑娘还是成功脱逃的乘客，都曾想尽办法脱离苦海

乘客的安全需要企业绝对的保证

(Didi has a duty to ensure the safety of its users)，对于此次悲剧，我们只求，下不为例(improve its response to such calls)

希望这不是奢望。 

如果滴滴公司能通过这个事儿认识到教训

(If the company had heeded the lessons from the death of the air stewardess)，

我们的乘客就能受到更高效的服务

(its customer service could have been more efficient)，

并且可以第一时间通知警察，事情就会得到及时处理，(andnotified the police that the woman needed assistance)。

滴滴也终于

作出保证！

进行改革！

加强管理！

保证顾客安全！

希望这次真的不要让广大群众失望了。。
