Preparation and Lodgement of ASIC Forms includes changing shares update details, resignation of directors.
Preparation of payment summary and financial
statements
From a new company includes applying ABN, TFN, GST PAYG as well as company constitution.
Consultancy Services on a range of broad tax matters relevant to family, business and corporate clients with desire to increase knowledge and skills.
Interviewing, Telephoning, Visiting clients, ordering paper form through ATO publications, purchase rental property deprecation report for clients.
Recording and reconciliation data for CGT, Preparation
of pay-slip for required clients.
Phone call with ATO if required
Update and/or add new client through taxation portal,
creating payment slip, preparation of Personal Income
Tax Returns, Business Activity Statements quarterly and
annually, as well as company Tax Returns.
Monitor ATO EFT tax refunds
