【加拿大卡尔加里国际幼儿园食堂再创佳绩——

荣获“2014年度广东省食品安全示范学校食堂”】

为加强幼儿园餐饮服务食品安全管理，规范餐饮服务操作行为，保障幼儿、教职工的饮食安全。省食品药品监督管理局、省教育厅、省人力资源和社会保障厅督查组对我园厨房食品安全服务规范工作进行全面的监督检查。检查组成员从许可管理、人员管理、场所环境、设施设备、采购贮存、加工制作、清洗消毒、食品添加剂、检查运输等九个方面入手，对照标准，一一进行了考核评分，各项指标均符合要求，被确定广东省食品安全示范学校食堂，并颁发了公示牌。这是我园食堂2014年通过“A级厨房”评估后的又一喜讯！

获此殊荣，对我园是莫大的鼓舞和鞭策，是我园餐饮服务食品安全规范管理的标志性成果。我们将以此次挂牌为契机，认真学习、贯彻执行餐饮卫生安全的法律法规文件，更加进一步地加强食品安全管理，严格执行餐饮服务食品安全操作规范，提高餐饮食品安全工作的责任意识和服务能力，认真履行餐饮服务食品安全承诺书条款，主动接受食品安全监管部门、家长、社会的监督和指导，规范餐饮服务，保障食品安全，杜绝事故发生，努力为全园师生营造一个安全放心的生活环境，保障孩子们的健康成长！

Calgary kindergarten Cafeteria has made a great achievement again!

We are awarded with “2014 Guangdong Province Food Safety Demonstration of School Cafeteria"

In order to strengthen the food safety and management in our kindergarten, we have to regulate the operation of the catering services and also ensure the food safety for children and teachers. Provincial Food and Drug Administration, Provincial Education Department, and Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department came to our kindergarten as an inspection team. They have pursued a comprehensive supervision and inspection for the kitchen’s food safety and service specification. The inspection items are management permit, personnel management, workplace environment, facilities, purchase and storage, manufacture, disinfection, food additives, and transportation. After assessment, we have met all the requirements and confirmed the title of “2014 Guangdong Province Food Safety Demonstration of School Cafeteria"; also issued a public notice. This is another good news after our kindergarten’s cafeteria passed the 2014 "A-class kitchen" evaluation!

This award is a great inspiration and encouragement for our kindergarten. It’s also a representational result with our catering service, food safety and standardized management. We will take this opportunity to implement the laws and regulations on food hygiene and safety, improve work responsibilities, consciousness and service capabilities, earnestly fulfill commitment terms, actively accept food safety supervision departments, parents and society’s supervision and guidance to ensure food safety and prevent accidents. We strive to create a safe and healthy development of the children's health.
