总结厨师的技术评估要求：
1.至少完成正规的厨师教育，提供专业教育机构毕业证书
2.至少在监督下完成实习工作，提供相关实习证明
3.提供相关资格证书
4.英语达到雅思G类，每项至少4个6
除此之外，还需满足至少3年相关工作经历。
另外：新州和维州都可以提供州担保名额，新州要求雅思4个6分，工作没有严格要求。维州要求雅思4个6分，工作要求至少5年相关。
