My favorite room in my house is the den! Before moving in a couple years ago with my family, I had never lived ina place with a den before. There’s something so fun about having a special little room placed off to the side ofeverything else. It’s cozy and intimate. The simple act of watching movies on a stormy night becomes heightened,like the room’s only purpose is to provide enjoyment. The den in my house also has a door that opens right to thebackyard. On nice days, I leave that door open and let the cool breeze and sound of chirping birds into the room. Ilove it. It’s such a peaceful part of the house!
