On Saturday, December 5th, the Working Committee for Woman and Children and Association of Woman Entrepreneurs in the Hefei High Tech Zone and SCCSH held a charity event in our auditorium. The purpose of this charity event was to raise enough funds for a selected ninety underprivileged families in Hefei.

The representative for the Association of Woman Entrepreneurs gave a speech to summarize the progress of their charity efforts.

Entertaining performances were shown to all guests of the charity.Not only all the woman entrepreneurs formed their own dancing group and showed us the fantastic “Lotus Dance”, the teacher in SCCSH,Liu jing,also performed a classical Chinese music with zither to help with the donation.During the show，the vice principal of SCCSH,Geng xiaojuan presented an award to the winner at lucky draw section.

it was not the first time for our school to do charity like this，As a member of the Round Sqaure，Service---A key method used by Round Square to prepare students for life is by the expectation of serving others. Each student is encouraged to perform a substantial project. Round Square international projects have been in existence since the early eighties, occurring in developing countries, where both staff and students from all Round Square schools work together in constructing buildings and emergency or disaster situations.

12月5日，周六，高新区妇女儿童工作委员会、高新区女企业家协会以及合肥高新中加学校在我校报告厅举办了一场慈善义演来帮助90位来自各个阶层需要帮助的家庭。

合肥高新区女企业家协会的成员不但组成了自己的舞蹈团并且给大家带来了美轮美奂的舞蹈“荷花赞”，我校的刘静老师也表演了古筝独奏“渔舟唱晚”。为了表示对慈善事业的支持，合肥高新区社会事业局局长江浩参加了本次活动，合肥高新中加学校的耿晓娟副校长也亲自上台为当天获奖人员进行颁奖。

作为圆方组织的成员，这并不是我校第一次做慈善。服务他人是圆方的六大理念之一，为了给学生一生的成长做好准备，圆方成员校一个重要的途径就是学生有服务他人的意识。学校通过自发组织、地区项目、国际项目的开展，鼓励每一个学生参与并切实保障其参与的时间。圆方国际项目从八十年代早期，在发展中国家开始实施，所有圆方学校师生共同参与，建设楼房及水利系统。学校还要对学生培训一些紧急境况下，自然灾害情况下如何有效帮助他人的技能
