Cowboy competition finds its most evolved expression in Texas, where ranch-honed skills meet hospitality and modern spectacle. 

Taking place February 11-28, the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo features 20 PRCA rodeos, a petting zoo, horse shows, all manner of livestock exhibitions, and live music ranging from Pitbull to Brad Paisley and La Maquinaria Norteña. Last year, 1.7 million turned out for the spectacle. This annual tradition draws more than 1 million visitors each year and features a PRCA Rodeo, 20 concerts, family fair, educational exhibit areas, livestock and horse shows and sales, shopping and a full carnival.
