The Opportunity

Our client is based in Staffordshire and runs one of the leading rewards scheme websites in the UK and is now looking for a Web & UX Designer tojoin their team.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with other team members and will be involved with front end design and development of the main website as well other online marketing projects. The role will entail interface design and development,website maintenance, UX testing and production of internal and external marketing material. The main focus will be the client's international partners so having experience would be advantageous.

Requirements

• Excellent HTML and CSS skills

• A keen eye for detail, enthusiasm and an interest in user experience design

• Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team

• Experience of web and graphic design in a commercial environment

• Experience of user centred design

• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps

• Ability to convert your PSD designs into validated XHTML / CSS templates

• Provide creative solutions for new email campaigns including building / testing HTML emails

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software

• Ability to communicate directly with peers and managers, while leading the design process to a completed and successful solution

• Relevant qualification to Degree level

Desirable

• Any International design experience

• Knowledge of Mandarin language

• JavaScript, JQuery knowledge

• Adobe Flash
