About The Role

Thermco Systems (a division of Tetreon Technologies), a local SME technology company, manufacturing and supplying its products globally from our manufacturing facility in Washington, West Sussex is looking to expand its sales and marketing department and is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant.

Thermco designs and manufactures furnace systems and chemical handling equipment for the semiconductor, MEMS, LED, photovoltaic and nanotechnology industries.

Primary Duties

• Quotation generation and assisting with tender responses
  

• Keeping the CRM (salesforce.com) up to date
  

• Assisting in production of monthly reports
  

• Brochure/poster design and production
  

• Assist in preparation of trade shows
  

• Updating the website and social networking sites
  

• Working with the global network of sales agents

Candidate Requirements

• Ideally a degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business Studies
  

• Good software skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  

• Knowledge of a CRM system
  

• Good communication skills
  

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
  

• Chinese language would be a distinct advantage
