移民和边境保安部的工作人员已经开始了在澳洲主要机场的罢工行动，稍后几天的机场可能出现延迟。
因布鲁塞尔恐怖袭击，原定上周开始的罢工行动被推迟了。
移民和边境保安部在其网站上发表了一份声明，警告各州民众4月7日之前机场的中断状况。
声明中说，社区和公共联盟要求其在移民和边境保安部工作的会员参与到3月29日开始的国际机场各项罢工行动中去。
“我们不知道罢工的规模会有多大，我们强烈鼓励机场和码头的乘客为潜在的延迟作好准备，提早到达国际机场和码头。”声明说。
“参与罢工的部门将与相关人员紧密合作把对公众旅行、货柜和邮件处理的影响降到最低。我们也会确保对公民签证服务的突发事件采取适当的行动。”
