The Role
You will assist the CFO with responsibilities including cost, financial and management accounting, tax,etc.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with all aspects of financial control for the company
Preparation and management of the of annual budget process
Assist with the preparation of financial statements
Be the backup contact for Auditors on all parts of the audit from planning stage to final sign off for UK branches
Assisting with Taxation matters, including corporation tax, withholding tax andVAT
Responsible for the financial reporting
Assist with reporting to and liaison with Head Office
Key Requirements
Fluent English and Mandarin
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA,CIMA)
Experienced within real estate sector will be a bonus
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Experience in statutory accounts as well as management accounts
Database management, design and reporting preferred
