今天下午，小A收到了来自UNSW的官方邮件，今日将对中国大陆地区研究生课程申请者成绩单要求变更。↓↓↓

邮件中写明：

澳大利亚新南威尔士大学最近对中国大陆地区研究生课程申请者的成绩单文件要求进行了调整，这些调整将从2016年9月1日起实施。

所有持中国大陆本科学位的研究生课程申请者，自2016年9月1日起，将被要求提供由教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心出具的成绩单认证报告（下简称“成绩单清华认证报告”）。

教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心网站如下：

根据不同申请阶段，具体要求如下：

无条件录取通知书（含附加条件）

目前有资格获得无条件录取通知书（含附加条件）的学生，成绩单清华认证报告必须显示至少7个学期成绩单的认证。

将成绩单清华认证报告上传至新南威尔士大学myUNSW网站，经招生处验证后，符合条件的学生会收到无条件录取通知书（含附加条件）。

学生可接受此录取通知书，并拿到入学登记确认函（CoE），用于签证申请。

有条件录取通知书

学生不需要提供成绩单清华认证报告来获得有条件录取通知书。满足所申请课程入学要求并完成6个学期学习的申请者，仍将获得有条件录取通知书，之后当他们完成7个学期的学习后，再递交成绩单清华认证报告来换取无条件录取通知书（含附加条件）。

上述调整不影响2016年9月1日之前递交的申请。此日期之前递交的申请不需递交成绩单清华认证报告。

我们也想借此机会再次提醒各位同学，申请材料的完整性一直是新南威尔士大学的重中之重。新南威尔士大学将继续开展大量的申请材料核查工作，从而保证高质量的申请。

英文版通知内容如下：

UNSW Australia has made changes to the transcript documentation requirements for Chinese postgraduate applicants that will be effective from 1 September 2016.

All postgraduate applicants who have graduated from Mainland China, and who apply after 1 September 2016, will be required to obtain a China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) Transcript Verification Report (for more information visitwww.cdgdc.edu.cn/en/).

This will work in the following ways for different types of applicants:

Full offers (with checklist)

For students that would be currently eligible for a full offer (with checklists) the report must show verification of a minimum of 7 semesters. Once the CDGDC Report is uploaded on myUNSW and verified by the Admissions staff, successful students will be issued a full offer (with checklist). Students can then accept the offer and receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) letter to proceed with the visa application.

Conditional offers

Students do not need to provide CDGDC reports where they are currently eligible for a conditional offer. Conditional offers can still be issued to successful applicants who meet the program entry requirements and who have completed at least six semesters. Applicants can then submit the CDGDC Transcript Verification Report once 7 semesters have been completed to upgrade to a full offer (with checklist).

This change will not impact applications submitted before 1 September 2016. Applications lodged before this date will not require a CDGDC Transcript Verification Report.

We would like to remind you that the integrity of documents to support an application to UNSW is an absolute priority. UNSW will continue to conduct extensive back to source checks to ensure that we receive quality application.
