Our outsourcing client has a fantastic opportunity available for bilingual Team Managers to work on behalf of a global luxury mobile phone brand. They are looking for both a Russian Team Manager and a Mandarin Team Manager with excellent English to cover the night shifts.
- Manage and lead the team to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring that key financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved
- Be direct involved in the recruitment, selection, induction training and on-going skills development for all advisors in the team
- Continually review and monitor work performance of all advisors against agreed KPI’s and they be recognised and rewarded for achievement and performance
- Provide creative and achievable solutions to client problems
- Manage and improve individual performances through regular reviews and expectations of client by doing monthly meetings
- Communicate with fellow staffs, advisors and the client
- Coach, develop and motivate advisors
- They are looking for experienced Team Managers in the customer service or sales background in a large office based or preferable call centre environment
- Ideally managed a large scale of people and have understanding of luxury goods
- They are looking for an individual who is fluent in either Russian or Mandarin language (both written and verbal) with excellent fluency in the English language (both written and verbal)
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, evidence of further education or vocational training preferred
- Have evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills
- Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills
- Effective time management skills
- Effective problem solving skills
Monday to Sundaybetween 10pm-12pm or 9am-5pm if the global brand client is in the site . To work on a rotational shift pattern of 8 hours a day, five days a week. Applicants must be flexible to work unsociable hours.
- Salary is £25,000 per annum plus unsociable hours allowance
