We are looking to recruit a key member of staff to provide marketing and administrative support to our expanding Chinese Development Sales team. Suitable candidates will be highly organised, self-starters who have a strong work ethic, and have a solid administrative background. - Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns delivered via web, advertising, client communications and events
- Design and production of client communications from newsletters to invitations to client events
- Organisation of marketing initiatives, client entertainment, including internal and external lunches and team events.
- Planning and management of UK based events
- Pro-active diary management to include booking and organising client and internal meetings
- Organising and booking UK and International travel
- Financial activities for the team including contract creation and invoicing
- Registering new instructions on Client First / PeopleSoft systems and creating new client files
- Ensuring client contacts are inputted into the system and kept up to date
- Report formatting, correspondence – writing letters & emails
- Document merging and collation, filing and distribution
- Assisting in the formatting of PowerPoint pitches
- Updating the website
- Translating marketing material
- Organising quarterly events
- Processing expenses
- To be a first point of contact for clients in the absence of a team member Managing and updating the holiday schedule for the team
- Recording any absences or sickness each month and reporting to HR
- Managing the new starter / leaver database to include coordinating IT for new starters, graduates or interns
- IT troubleshooting
- All general administrative duties to include; stationary orders, scanning, photocopying, post, filing, archiving and taking telephone calls / messages
- Other ad hoc projects as required
- Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
- Ability to prioritise and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines

- Marketing experience
- Property experience desirable but not essential
- Fluent in Mandarin
- IT literate with good knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
- Knowledge and prior experience of using CRM system would be advantageous
