GoEuGo Ltd. is a Destination Management Company based in the UK, which organises Chinese spoken tours and day excursions for Chinese-speaking tourists. Because of the fast development of the company, GoEuGo Ltd. is now actively seeking a operations manager to manage the company’s roster of guides and fleet.

-   2x 8 seater and 1x 16 seater company car

-   Organise driver / tour manager and vehicle for tours or transfers

-   Manage the vehicles' upkeep (regular check-ups, maintenance of the car exterior and interior and storage)

-   Servicing the car(s), keeping up to date with MOTs, Road Tax etc.

-   Work-related administrative office duties (tacho card entries, vehicle insurance, etc.)

-   Work 5 days a week which may include weekends, and in case of emergencies out-of-office hours

-   Is flexible

-   Likes to travel

-   Has a good sense of responsibility

-   Is a common sense problem-solver

-   Preferably one year working experience in tourism industry

-   Driving experience preferred but not essential

-   Speaks English and Chinese

-   Clean driving license

-   Ideally a Public Carriage Office (PCO) license holder

-   Ideally D1 license holder

-   Based in London

You will be a person of initiative, who can work independently, enjoy dealing with others, working a varied routine, good communication skills, and strives to fix things

-   Starting from £18K to 20K plus meal allowance and tips. OTE £24K

-   Full induction, training and support will be given. The role will cover a minimum of 242 days in one calendar year. This role is full time on a permanent, long-term basis.
