-   Management of 5 team members

-   Responsibility for all aspects of the logistics, supply chain and customer delivery operations

-   Ensuring the efficient operation of supply chain administration and office procedures

-   Actively working with third party service providers & contractors to ensure that they perform in line with expectations and agreements

-   Supervising the checking and filing of all documentation related to the supply chain process

-   Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into warehouses and customer delivery points

-   Ensuring shipping documents are sent to clearing agents in a timely manner and issuing instructions for clearance and delivery from port to container destination

-   Booking in shipping containers at delivery points and monitoring clearances and deliveries. -   Monitoring and maintaining container/vessel arrival information

-   Ensuring warehouse stock reports are regularly reconciled against company systems and organising physical stock checks

-   Liaising with internal teams

-   International shipping experience including knowledge of shipping documents and customs formalities

-   Previous team management experience

-   You will have worked in a food trading environment

-   Numerate and analytical with strong computer skills

-   Inventory management experience

Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, etc.) may be a bonus
