Kingsley Hamilton Estates are actively seeking a full time Sales & Marketing Administrator with Mandarin language skills to join a Residential Sales China Desk, based in our Mayfair office.
This role will be to assist our Sales & Business Development Consultant with the sales of residential homes, predominately within Canary Wharf, expanding to Central London, to the international market, with a focus upon China.
Duties will include but are not limited to
·Arrange and attend viewings
·Promote brand awareness
·Sales administration and progression
·Building a network of contacts
·Listing Properties
·Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
Requirements
·Fluent in Mandarin is essential
·Previous administrative / sales experience
·Organised and highly motivated individual
·Confident with strong communication skills
