  We are recruiting a Director of Food & Beverage. 

·Previous experience in a similar capacity in the five star luxury environment

·He/she will have worked in or at least be well versed with the London five star market

·They will be creative and energetic, finding new ways in which to drive F&B revenues

·They must be someone who can challenge, motivate and inspire a large F&B Management Team to continue deliver formidable luxury service

·Experience in working with external partners and renowned recognisable Chefs

As a member of the Hotels Executive Team the Director of F&B reports to the Hotel Manager and directly manages the Food and Beverage Manager, all Outlet General Managers, Back of House Manager, IRD Manager, Back of House Manager and the Banqueting Operations Manager. The Executive Chef also reports to the Director of Food and Beverage. The role also requires a close working relationship with key external stakeholders such as The Dinex Group and The Fat Duck Group, as well as the Director of Residences of One Hyde Park.
