Responsibilities
- To welcome, advise, and develop customer loyalty at Marc Jacobs
- Check and manage the status of stock and to restock the sales floor at all time.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality of service and hospitality provided to our customers
- Control our product lines in order to build a relationship with customers and increase sales
- Represent the brand image through the good performance of the concession Marc Jacobs
- Assist the merchandising team with the maintenance of the store
- Monitor customer service: returns, repairs, etc.
Profile
- Knowledge and understanding of the luxury industry
- Good business sense and excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigor and good organization skills
- At least one similar experience
- Chinese speaker
