Microsoft’s Dynamics Domain helps customers maximize their investment in Microsoft Dynamics solutions and the full portfolio of Microsoft Products through accelerated adoption and productive use of technologies. The Microsoft Dynamics Domainis part of a global organization of exceptional people who lead and serve our customers and partners as they realize their full potential through software and services.
Responsibilities
* The Senior Consultant will assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, envisioning and enabling critical processes,and fundamentally helping the customer to achieve their objectives;
* They also play a key role in employing, leveraging partners and Microsoft Global Delivery as part of the overall Microsoft services delivery model；
* Apply advanced analysis skills and experience in principals of Dynamics CRM Solution to provide detailed reliable options and estimates for service implementations；
Requirements
* Successfully demonstrated leadership in 5+ CRM for
enterprise class customers ；
* a BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience with 5+ CRM large scale enterprise, global CRM solutions (such as Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com etc.) in multiple industries；
* Fluent English verbal and written communications skills and fluency in another language (such as Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, or others) is preferred but not essential；
* Engage with CXO’s to deliver workshops and /or POCs；
* Develop Technical Quality plan standards and test procedures；
