The Receptionist’s role is to assist the Maitre D’ and Maitre D’hotel at the welcoming and departing of Park Chinois guests. Your prime responsibility will be the ultimate guests’ experience, handling duties and special requests with unsurpassed attention to detail and care, whilst building rapport through a professional yet interpersonal connection. At all times the Receptionist works diligently and consistenly to deliver the best service in line with the rules of etiquette and polite society standards.

The Receptionist will have an extremely high attention to detail and interpersonal skills to maintain a high profile yet discreet demeanour during service. You will have proven experience working in a comparable role within a high quality establishment, with confident working knowledge of reservations systems. It will be imperative that you are able to successfully communicate with guests and colleagues to enable a flawless service and experience at Park Chinois.
