Hotcha is a company well on its way to becoming the first national Chinese Takeaway and Delivery chain with stores already in Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Stroud, Yate, Liverpool, Exeter and Newbury opening soon in Cardiff and Bournemouth.
This is a newly created role, due to increased volumes, where the successful applicant will be expected to organise & administer the recruitment process within the HR Function.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, outgoing and well organised Recruitment Administrator, who thrives in a busy and diverse work environment.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong Recruitment background, be able to work on your own initiative and be quick to take on new instructions. You'll have a natural passion and a can do attitude to your work with the ability to multi-task under pressure, whilst working to tight deadlines. Experience in interviewing skills is necessary. Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is a must.
The role is Monday - Friday normal office hours at our HO and we are looking for an organised, confident candidate who can hit the ground running and be of real assistance to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
·Supporting the HR Manager with all recruitment activity, in an effective, efficient, and timely manner to ensure excellent Recruitment at all levels.
·Managing and maintaining the candidate tracking information
·Preparation of candidate tracking information Reports
·Advertising vacancies internally & externally, using the most appropriate channels
·Liaising with the Operations team and accurately recording vacancies
·Liaise with external organisations (job centre, agents)
·Organising interviews and supporting managers with interview advice
·Managing the 'Candidate Talent Pool’
·Prioritise company’s reputation, customer service, and advise on potential discrimination of candidates.
·Ad-hoc travel to New and existing stores
·Maintaining confidentiality
·You will also get involved with ad-hoc HR duties in busy periods.
