-   Assists in the development and execution of the overall Real Estate Channel Marketing Plan

‪-   Work with Sales Director and Business Development Manager to implement strategies to ensure sell-through and cross sell opportunities

‪-   Innovate and drive the creation of news business pitch materials that reflect the brand while addressing specific clients’ needs

‪-   Develop customized presentation content to support key sales messaging at the new business pursuit level

Collaborate with teams to complete targets marketing initiatives and support with content developing, copy writing and editing (materials include: advertisements, direct/e-mail campaigns, award applications, internal marketing materials, websites, social media, ect)

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Business Communication or related field

‪-   Must have 2+ years of work experience in marketing

‪-   Solid experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives

‪-   Basic skills in Photoshop and html a plus

‪-   Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

‪-   Demonstrated proficiency with desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign and a clear understanding and knowledge of social media platforms

‪-   Experience in Real Estate marketing is not a requirement
