A fun, energetic travel e-commerce company, we are currently seeking for a highly motivated and innovative professional and outgoing leader to lead our brand new Product Marketing Cruise Sector.

The Fun Things You Will Be Doing
- Own & lead product marketing of Lulutrip EMEA cruise sector to achieve Revenue Target
- Build and maintain strong relationship with our current suppliers to ensure Lulutrip’s competitiveness position in the market place
- Discover and add new cruise travel products, targeting Chinese speaking customers
- Thoroughly research products with tour operators and service providers to highlight and promote the products’ advantages
- Do market research, collate, analyse sales figures and contribute to sales strategies and target setting
- Provide product training to sales team members
- Support Sales Team to resolve challenging issues that customers might face during their cruise tour in an effective and efficient manner
- Work closely with R&D and Designer teams to optimize user interface and user experience on the Lulutrip’s eCommerce website
What’s In You
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourisim / Business / Marketing
- Must have rich experience & understanding in cruise industry in EMEA
- Bilingual in English & Chinese, with fast Chinese typing speed
- Must have demonstrable cruise tour operation experience
- Is a committed problem solver who is willing to be on standby even on off-days
- Be passionate about cruise travel and have extensive travel experience in UK and EU
- Is able to build connection with strong influential and negotiation skills
- Has a passion for customers and commercial excellence
