Shifts are available from Mon - Sun are mostly between 7am - 5pm. We are flexible around your schedule!

You will be responsible for providing security and protection for our guests, employees and company property. To be successful in the role you will have:

As this is a licensed position within the Christchurch Casino and requires a Certificate of Approval (COA).

jBe at least 20 years of age

jBe a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident

jOr hold a current and valid Open Work Permit - please note if you hold a work permit, a translated clear police certificate from your home country is required for the COA. You must also have no less than 12 months remaining on your visa

We are now looking for an experienced IT expert to join our team as the IT Technical Support Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, building and managing an effective IT support team

• Working closely with Oceania business units and taking accountability for identifying and reporting to the General Manager on IT innovation opportunities

• Participating in business planning processes, focusing on the future needs of the business services relating to IT

• Directing the Business Unit’s strategic IT needs through understanding the business strategy, and contributing to the IT opportunities and implications for the strategy

• Ensuring all Oceania IT business services are defined accurately, reporting on Service Level performance, the provision, consumption and cost of these services to the business

• Being a key point of escalation for all IT service delivery and integration of systems (including project delivery) issues for Oceania

• Being the key point of coordination for all new and amended service requests for Yili and Oceania systems

• Ensuring that system and information requirements are documented, understood and delivered in accordance with the IT governance, frameworks and methodologies

• Ensuring that IT services are appropriate and contribute to Oceania’s value chain and bottom line

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 5 years ERP project implementation experience

• Strong understanding and at least 5 years experience of Oracle systems, Oracle Process manufacturing as required for PMAC, Inventory, Order management and purchasing. Oracle specialist certificate is required

• Strong understanding and experience of system integration among automation, supply chain, operations and finance.

• Be able to maintain effective communication and cooperation between YILI IT and ODL IT

• The ability to positively lead change and influence others, as well as exceptional problem solving skills

• Considerable experience in an IT professional or commercial management role including IT management experience within a corporate environment

• Tertiary qualification in commerce/business, information systems, science or engineering discipline

• Strong conceptual abilities coupled with sound knowledge and experience of the dairy industry requirements

• A good understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management practice

• Ability to quickly understand and effectively articulate the IT impact of business change and the business and commercial impact of IT change

• Very strong analytical skills with a strategic, business service and requirements focus

• Well-developed commercial understanding of IT costs, risks and opportunities

• Strong relationship management and influencing skills

• A proven ability to work collaboratively and relate well to a diverse workforce

• Multi-lingual capability (English/Mandarin). A preference but not essential
