Administration Assistant (& Receptionist) 行政助理兼前台
Work Location: North York, Toronto
Main Responsibilities:
· Reception services for all callers, visitors and co-workers
· Responsible for office maintenance duties and office supplies purchase
· Prepare for meetings and take meeting minutes when necessary
· General clerical support, including drafting, summarizing, and filing the documents
· Company vehicle management and working attendance management
· Hotel and air-ticket booking when necessary
· Fixed Asset recording, regular update, and annual review
· Shipping/receiving documents, letters, and packages
· Provide other administration support
Requirement:
· College and above degree
· Proactive and patient, detail oriented, and very organized
· Strong interpersonal communication skill, fluent in both English and Mandarin
· Previous administration related working experience is an asset
· Be willing to learn and take extra tasks
· Hands on Microsoft Office
