The Awards has rotated annually between Beijing and Shanghai since it was first established in 2009 and in 2016, the 8th Australia China Alumni Awards was hosted in Guangzhou for the first time. This year, we are returning to Shanghai and have been looking for something different for the Awards.

澳中杰出校友奖自2009年设立后，便轮流在北京和上海举行。直到2016年，第八届澳中杰出校友奖才首次在广州举行。今年，再次回归上海，想要给校友们来场不一样的盛宴。

After a long discussion for venue selection, our team finally found the perfect place – the first InterContinental heritage hotel in China! Our alumni guests can experience the mixture of modernism and 1930s elegance of Shanghai as the Awards will be hosted on a wide-open lawn surrounded by historic buildings. You can see the fantastic scenery in the pictures shown below, but we assure you there will be even more surprises on the day!

经过一番讨论和选择，最终敲定上海瑞金洲际酒店——中国地区首家文化遗产酒店作为晚宴会场。在百年历史建筑群环抱的开阔草地上，校友和宾客们能够一边感受上海的现代都市魅力，又能体验一下上世纪30年代旧上海的优雅。在这里放两张图片让大家感受一下，但惊喜绝不仅此而已。

We would like to remind you that nominations for the 2017 Australia China Alumni Awards opened on 1st July and are open until 31st August.

2017澳中杰出校友奖从7月1日开始接受提名，直至8月31日截止。

Alumni are encouraged to nominate him- or herself, or someone else who has made significant achievements in their work, life and/or service to the community service.

校友们可以提名自己，也可以提名他人。只要被提名者在工作、生活或是中澳社群等方面，有所成就和贡献。
