•Facilitate introduction of new Brands and products by providing Brand Deck overviews. Brand market online competitor analysis and reports needed to create product listings.

•Compile product information such as pricing, material, online market / competitor bench marking and legal documentation in order that Brands / products can be presented to the team in inland for product listing selection.

•Review and approve in line with Buyer new product pages to ensure data integrity and that the Brand and product offer is in line with local market Brand awareness.

• Be the first point of contact with the International Logistics, Operational team and Customer Service in inland China to answer any queries.

•Maintain in house product systems and data bases

•Assist Buyer in maintenance of supplier cost information.

•Maintain strong vendor partnerships with product suppliers and internal and external partners.

•Supplier / Brand liaison to ensure information flows and critical dates are achieved.

•General office duties such as accepting parcels.

•Request and manage samples.

•Educational background: Business Administration, Ecommerce, Marketing or International Trade major stuents with work visa which is valid longer than half a year.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•A passion for delivering a great customer experience internally and externally.

•Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze and present data in a straight forward way.

•The ability to multi- task, work under pressure and achieve deadlines.

•The ability to adapt to an entrepreneurial, multi- national culture, and fast – changing business environment.

•Excellent IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

•Fluent in both written and spoken English.
