亲爱的家长,
The Hefei Government has confirmed school buses should not be on the road on Tuesday. Therefore school will be closed on Tuesday. As of today we have been told we can reopen on Wednesday, January 31st. So all regular classes will be held on Wednesday.
合肥政府已经和我们确认由于道路路况，校车明天不适合运行。所以学校将在明天1月30号继续停课一天。目前为止，学校被告知周三1月31日可以正常开课，所以周三学校将恢复上课。
In order to make up for lost instructional time the Canadian International School will hold extra classes from Wednesday, January 31st until Friday, Feb 9nd during the school week from 12:00 until 12:30.
为了把之前由于天气原因停课而失去的教学时间补上，从周三1月31日至周五2月9日合肥加拿大国际学校将在每天中午午饭之后12:00-12:30这段时间给孩子安排补课。
Also all extra curricular activities for Grades 1 to 12 are cancelled after school. We are looking to reschedule paid activities. We will run make up regular classes 3:30 until 4:30 PM from Wednesday January 31st , Thursday Feb 1st, Monday Feb 5th , Tuesday Feb 6th , Wednesday Feb 7th and Thursday, Feb 8th.
与此同时所有1年级至12年级的课外活动课将被取消。对于付费的课外活动课我们将重新安排。除了中午时间，我们也将利用原来的课外活动课时间在周三1月31日，周四2月1日，周一2月5日，周二2月6日，周三2月7日和周四2月8日的下午3:30-4:30时间段给学生们进行补课。
Also parent teacher on April 13th is cancelled. It will be rescheduled from 3:30 PM until 7 PM on April 11th and 12th. April 13th will be a regular school day. More information will follow on Parent Teacher Meetings
原本校历上订于4月13日的家长老师见面会将被取消。家长老师见面会将重新安排在4月11和12号下午3:30-7:00时间段。4月13号将是正常的上课时间。关于家长老师见面会的详情我们会另行通知。
Also students should prepare for extra homework, beginning this evening and tomorrow. This will be sent home via Managebac and Class Dojo. Please check to see you have received this. There will be more extra homework during the week and a half we are in school and during Chinese New Year.
今天晚上和明天开始，学生需要准备好迎接附加的家庭作业。我们将通过Managebac和ClassDojo两个软件给学生们布置家庭作业，请关注并查收作业。在周三开学以后我们也将在接下来的一周半时间以及中国新年的两周假期中给学生们适量的增加家庭作业。
Please note Kindergarten classes will continue with their regular school day beginning on Wednesday, January 31st.
请幼儿园的家长们注意，幼儿园将从周三开始正常按照他们的课表上课。
Reminder for this term report cards will be online on Friday , Feb 2nd. If you would like to see a teacher please call the office or email the teacher(s) or office. We will set up the meetings for you.
