Position 1:  Variable Expense Controller ( Team Leader, 2 subordinates)

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

1) Drive monthly closing process with accuracy, which includes timesheet uploading, expense accrual andallocation.

2) Ensure early involvement and warning when tracking the actual booking.

3) Prepare monthly variable expense report by the view of expense nature and product line as well.

4) Precede inter-unit billing and charging upon request.

5) Work closely with business partner and provide analytical support on regular or ad hoc basis.

Qualification:

1) Finance related bachelor degrees

2) Good analytical skill with team work spirit

3) Above 5 years Finance working experience

4) Good command of English

5) Team leader experience is preferable

Position 2: PD Finance Controlling

Location: Shanghai

1) Control and analyze BD margin, ensure quality ofmonthly end closing.

2) Prepare monthly flash and actual HFM reporting ,measures and analyses gaps between forecasts and actual results.

3) Update the actual orders /sales /margin by domainon a monthly basis.

4) Responsible for actual orders /sales / Margin HFMsubmission

5) Prepare monthly margin forecast and responsible for HFM forecast submission.

6) Participant in projects review to follow up the project cost , ensure the correct margin at completion .

7) Provide quality at-hoc reports on time to team management .

8) Provide daily financial support /inquiry to business department. responsible for any financial issues regarding to the business divisions , aspects of orders and sales, BD variable margin control.

The Successful Applicant:

1) Finance bachelor degrees

2) Solid finance analytical skills

3) Above 5 year’s working experience in Finance

4) Good at English / Excel
