Job Summary (Overview of Job  Purpose) 职位概述以及职责范围:

To ensure smooth implementation of operations relating to various  services falling within the finance and accounting department scope. Such  operations include but are not limited to ensuring client’s bookkeeping is  managed in a thorough and efficient manner, making tax filings, reporting to  clients in a timely manner, and handling miscellaneous accounting-related  projects.

Major Duties Performed (Main  Functions) 主要职责:

Duties included but  not limited to are:

1.      Responsible for a portfolio of clients and special  assignments;

2.      Lead a team of accounting staff providing Foreign  Invested Enterprises (FIE) clients with various accounting-related services;

3.      Work with Head of Accounting Services to manage the  clientele portfolio and grow the business;

4.      Be responsible for developing and growing team  members;

Education Required  教育背景:

1.      Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting or  taxation;

Experience/Knowledge Required 经验/知识要求:

1.      Over 5 years full-time related working experiences  in Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprises or an accounting outsourcing  team in an accounting/consulting firm or similar role experiences;

2.      Experience of working in a manufacturing or trading  environment and experience dealing with VAT refund is a plus;

3.      Excellent in Chinese GAAP, IFRS, China tax law;

4.      Good customer service attitude and skills;

5.      Excellent oral and written communication ability in  Mandarin and English;

Other Requirement(Special  Skills/competency required) 其他要求（特殊技能 /  素质能力等）：

1.      CPA holder is preferable;

Senior Manager - TAX Advisory

Job Summary (Overview of Job  Purpose) 职位概述以及职责范围:

To work with clients with  proven technical skills and solid experience to manage their tax risks and  identify opportunities.

Major Duties Performed (Main  Functions) 主要职责:

Duties included but  not limited to are:

1.      Assist tax  consultant in handling tax compliance and consulting projects, such as  preparing tax returns and computations;

2.      Work as part of a  team on client programs and other assignments;

3.      Collect nationwide  tax laws and regulations;

4.      Develop the  fundamental working competency and capability;

5.      Be Responsible for  coaching a group of people;

6.      Other tasks  assigned by Dept. Head;

Education Required  教育背景:

1.      Bachelor Degree,  Finance or Accounting related

Experience/Knowledge Required 经验/知识要求:

1.      5-8 years’ tax  related experience (including advisory);

2.      Proven client  management skills;

3.      Strong presentation  skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and fluency in  Cantonese/Mandarin will be an advantage;

4.      Ability to develop  and manage people effectively through leadership, appropriate delegation,  coaching and mentoring of staff;

5.      Strong  communication and language skills (particularly English and Mandarin);

1.      CTA or CPA holder  will be considered as a definite advantage;
