如果你是即将前往华威就读的新生，这样一个快速融入英国文化，结交朋友，适应校园生活的项目可千万不要错过！
今年共有1100个名额，先到先得哦!亲们快点申请吧，要不然只能眼巴巴地看着别人穿着红T恤逛校园，泡pub，参加各种seminar和networking了！
Orientation的收费为£190，这里面包括了从希斯罗/伯明翰机场的接机，3天的住宿（24-26），早晚餐，以及所有的活动、出行，相当划算~
Coach pick up service from London Heathrow (Terminal 3) or Birmingham International airports to the University of Warwick campus. We have a dedicated team of helpers to meet you and accompany you to make your arrival here as stress-free as possible
Information sessions to ensure that you have details of all the advice, help and support you may use during your stay here
Practical sessions include an introduction to British culture and ice breaker sessions will help you to interact with other participants upon your arrival. You may also choose to attend a valuable academic skills session which cover key study and research methods to help you perform successfully in your studies at university
A trip to the University of Warwick's home city, Coventry, including a guided tour. Guides will show you around the historic, medieval parts of the city as well as the local shops and amenities that you may find useful during your time here
Exciting evening activities on campus, including music and international cultural performances, all designed to help you get to know other newly arrived international and home students
The primary aims of Orientation are to ensure that you will：
Arrive safely on campus
Be able to find your way around Central Campus and the Local Area
Fully enrol with the university and receive your Student ID card
Start the process of opening a bank account
Register with a doctor
Additional aims of Orientation are to encourage you to;
Feel a sense of belonging to the Warwick Student Community
Become acquainted with fellow new Students at Warwick and begin some lifelong friendships
Have an awareness of UK learning styles and gain some essential academic skills
Be aware of issues particular to International Students (e.g. immigration issues, police registration, road safety and security concerns) and become acquainted with the numerous Support Services provided by the University and Warwick SU
Understand the role of Warwick SU (Students’ Union) and its many Clubs and Societies
Discover some great opportunities to integrate into the Local Community
Develop your cultural awareness to aid the transition to living and studying in the UK

"Speed Networking was a new outlook on interaction that allowed the new students to sit across tables with each other and communicate freely. This served helpful in removing apprehensions , making new friends and creating a comfortable rapport with one another. The Salsa sessions helped build a rhythmic bond between team leaders , helpers and students. It also gave a good overview of the varied societies and clubs on campus“
"As an international student, the Banking Roadshow was most informative as I was advised and walked through the process of setting up my first ever bank account. The people in red gave me their inputs based on their personal experiences and helped me make the correct decision.
The nightowl events gave us a glimpse of different cultures, with Latin Fever and Irish Dancing topping the list. It was during these nights that I met students of various nationalities and got accustomed to my new surroundings, giving me a great head start to university life in the UK."
