My Client is an ASX listed company with a major presence in New Zealand. As part of a national re-structure they are now looking for a Finance and Admin manager to look after a team in the Wellington region.
The business has recently implemented SAP and experienced a shift in how the finance and administration function is managed. Due to the nature of the industry the business is driven by very large contractual obligations and business activities can have significant commercial impact.
You will be an experienced Finance professional with great reporting and technical skills alongside strong team leadership experience. Included in your responsibilities will be looking after complex billing and forecasting requirements as well as ensuring that high level SLA's are achieved.
As there has already been significant change in the business you will be used to working within a changing environment and ensuring that your team are engaged and can grow and thrive. You will be able to relate the requirements of the business to the team that report to you and manage a continuous improvement process to ensure that you achieve excellent results for internal and external customers.
