Job title: Accountant

Yealands Family Wines are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Financial and/or Management Accountant to join their thriving team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the key focus of this role will be:

· Delivery of accurate and timely accounting information and analysis

· Enabling the business to achieve strong financial outcomes.

Depending on your area of specialisation, responsibilities will include:

· Preparation of monthly and annual accounts

· Financial inputs for Board reports

· Liaising with auditors and/or the preparation of management accounts

You will have strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet and make critical decisions, whilst delivering solution focused outcomes. Additionally you will have an analytical mind, strong numerical skills, be attentive to detail and motivated to achieve. Excellent time management skills, high levels of accuracy and an exceptional work ethic will also ensure your success in this role. A relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated experience are essential to the role, as are exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
