You will be working as part of a dynamic team who are seeking a new position with great customer service skills to support the end to end order process

You will be an experienced customer service professional with excellent customer service skills, ideally already being applied within online (amazon and ebay) / E-commerce environment.

You will be passionate on bathroom products and thrive in fast paced where you will be fully autonomous for ensuring :

Orders are accurate and sent out on time
Customers are kept informed
Any queries are dealt with effectively
Relationships are maintained with the customer
The systems are kept up to date and with accurate information
New products are uploaded and modified on the website platform
Content is kept up to date
