As the Investigating Manager for the International Development team, your role will be to provide support, guidance and advice for complex financial investigations across a diverse client base. Your role will be to deliver high quality investigations and reporting for audits involving fraud involving client funds. 

-   Conduct investigations of misuse and fraud involving client funds across multi-national locations in accordance with international investigations standards

-   Identify fraud including complex financial schemes

-   Prepare investigation reports for appropriate findings and recommendations

-   Travel to client locations to carry out investigations, sometimes for an extended period

-   Input, update and maintain investigation data and entities into client intelligence databases

-   Ensure the integrity of evidence is maintained throughout the investigations

-   You will be required to work for extended periods overseas and potentially undertake security related training

-   Degree Qualified, ideally have Investigations qualification ACFE

-   Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAEW) 

-   Proven experience as a Forensic or Financial Crime investigator working on complex international criminal in the area of financial fraud, corruption and abuse

-   Working knowledge of Investigation planning, case management, and interviewing experience including working with Confidential Information

-   Practical knowledge of working across multiple sectors including global organizations, governmental departments and the private sector

-   A professional communicator at all level, preferably with a working knowledge of French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish or Portuguese

-   Be analytical and have problem-solving skills 

-   Working knowledge of research methodologies and complex financial investigations, including electronic sources

-   Ability to plan workloads and prioritise caseloads simultaneously
