Due to overwhelming demand, the Hippodrome Casino is recruiting! We're looking for a Slots Host to work at London's most exciting entertainment venue, who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to move up the ranks. You'll be required to create the friendliest welcome and information service for all guests entering the Hippodrome Casino, whilst actively promoting internal promotions, products and loyalty schemes. Is this you?
- At least one year's experience in a similar role
- The best levels of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in people
- It is essential that you are a natural communicator with the skills and personality to provide an outstanding experience for every customer
- Eighteen years or over
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Able to work shifts to cover a business operating twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week
- Fluent in English
- Multilingual, preferably in Chinese speaker
- Professional
- Cheerful with a good sense of humour
- Enthusiastic
- Well groomed
